Fullført: 12 nye enheter

The La Jaquière project in Epalinges comprises 12 condominiums distributed across 6 adjoining villas, encapsulating a total volume of 7500 m³ SIA. It marks the third stage of a comprehensive development plan for 12 adjoining residential groups, first established in the 1990s. The project has now reached its completion, adding 12 new units to the south-western front of the quarter.

Unike arkitektoniske fasader

Architecturally, the south façades of the buildings are distinguished by bow-windows that stretch over two levels and culminate in covered balcony terraces. The northern entrances mark the transition from private to communal areas with distinctive designs that include respective sheds. The structures feature ventilated skins, white plaster façades, and red tiles, resulting in clean, elegant lines.

Støydempet design for komfort

Focusing on comfort and livability, the 6 maisonette apartments boast significant natural light through double-height glazing. The 6 penthouse apartments are notable for their spacious volumes and charming sloping roofs. Special attention was given to soundproofing due to the proximity to Bernstrasse; absorbent false ceilings for balconies and terraces, along with a wall in the private garden areas, were incorporated to mitigate noise.

Historisk tomt med utsikt

Completed between June 2005 and June 2006, this project also pays homage to its historical context. The plot of land formerly belonged to the writer Georges Simenon and is located in the 'La Caboletaz - La Jaquière' quarter, offering scenic views of the Alpine chain and East Lausanne's forest belt. The project adheres to architectural consistency and guidelines as set by CCHE Architecture SA, ensuring a harmonious look aligned with previous residential groups designed by the same firm.
